Below are general guidelines for new tenants:


The terms of the tenancy are agreed are as follows:

  • Deposit is required before you move into the property along with the first months rental payment
  • The monthly rental payment must be paid on time
  • Minimum Term: 6 months tenancy agreement

We will need the following paperwork from you to be able to complete the necessary documentation:

  • Copy of your passport
  • One form of ID from your employment, along with confirmation of employment
  • Employers details i.e line managers contact number and address
  • Most recent bank statement from which you will pay the monthly rent by standing order.
    (Please ensure this shows the bank address, sort code and account number)
  • Documentation showing your previous address i.e utility bill or other bills.
